Yesterday (24 hours ago), both Ewa and I were disabled from Second Life at the same time. Not just “us”, all our accounts except one of mine were disabled.
I was lucky, I happened to get hold of the right person at LL´s customer service that solved it pretty quickly. The guy couldn’t tell me the reason why they disabled us. Very ignorant if you ask me. But I guess its the rules...
Ewa was unlucky and got in touch with someone that obviously didn’t care. She is after 24 h still disabled.
Friends from all over have tried to elped us, but the answer is....silence.
Why did you disable both of us at the same time? Cant be a mistake! What´s the chance for that!
Havent we paid our bills? Yes we have!
Have we griefed anyone or broken the TOS? Hell no, we live a very quite, but busy life on our sims working most of the time.
Have our accounts been hi-jacked or cracked? I have no idea! If so please tell us!
When do Ewa get her accounts back? Have no idea!
How canyou treat your residents like this LL? What kind of service level is this? Where is the compassion?
